How it works

Just one spreadsheet and a shared service account. No heavy IT build-out required.

  1. 1. Prepare one spreadsheet per department

For each department (team), create one empty Google spreadsheet. You won't touch its contents — the app writes to it.

  2. 2. Share the service account

Add the issued service account email as an Editor of that spreadsheet. Employees are not given sharing access.

  3. 3. Register the team ID and spreadsheet ID

In the admin screen, set the team ID, spreadsheet ID, member roster and coaching policy.

  4. 4. Start operating

Employees enter daily PDCA reports; the manager approves once a day. On approval everyone's reports are written to the sheet in one call, and the raw data on our server is erased immediately.

First steps by role: managers set up in 5 steps; members just sign in and write their daily report.

How to use

Where to share the service account (important)

In your spreadsheet's Share dialog, add the following address as an Editor. Employees are not given sharing access.

norolu-pdca-sheets@norolu-pdca.iam.gserviceaccount.com

Once shared, sign in and register the team ID, spreadsheet ID, member roster and coaching policy on the Settings (coaching policy) screen to start operating.

Security & data handling

  • The data itself lives inside the customer's own Google Drive.
  • Our server keeps the raw data for at most 24 hours (erased on approval).
  • Only the service account writes to the spreadsheet, structurally preventing employee edit accidents.
