Commercial Transactions Disclosure

Sales of the paid plans of this Service are made by Polar Software Inc. (Merchant of Record) as the seller. Consumer-facing disclosures under Japan's Specified Commercial Transactions Act (seller, refunds, payment methods, etc.) are as shown by Polar at checkout and in Polar's terms.

- Price
- Standard ¥1,480 per user per month; Evaluation Pro ¥2,480 per user per month (both on an annual-billing basis, in Japanese yen; consumption-tax handling is as shown at checkout). The setup fee is ¥0. For purchases outside Japan, applicable VAT/GST is calculated and shown by Polar (the seller) at checkout. The latest prices are as displayed in the Service.
- Costs other than the price
- You bear the internet/communication costs required to use the Service. The generative-AI usage fees for AI assist, weekly review and the alignment report are borne by us and included in the paid-plan price (you incur no additional API fees).
- Payment timing and method
- As shown on Polar's (Merchant of Record) checkout at the time of purchase (e.g., credit card). For subscriptions, payment is due at checkout and on each subsequent renewal date.
- Delivery
- Once payment is completed, the paid features are available immediately (SaaS, per-seat subscription).
- Refunds
- Per Polar's refund policy. For subscriptions, you can stop further charges by cancelling before the next renewal date.
The Japanese version of this disclosure prevails; in case of any discrepancy with a translation, the Japanese version governs.
