- What changes when we move from Excel/spreadsheets?
- As shown in the comparison table above, the main differences are that a reflection structure, AI assistance, a manager-approval flow, and a way to build evidence for evaluation are provided as a standard mechanism. Running things in Excel isn't wrong — the change is that you no longer have to design the structure, collect entries, and aggregate them yourselves each time.
- Where is the data stored?
- The actual daily-report data is stored in the customer's own spreadsheet inside their Google Drive. Our servers hold the raw data for at most 24 hours and erase it immediately upon manager approval (minimal-retention design). Hosting and temporary retention are in the Tokyo region (Japan).
- What's needed to adopt it? How many people can start with?
