Questions before you buy
- Can I try the demo before buying?
- Try the real screens (daily report, approval, history) with no sign-up before you buy.
- When can I start using it after purchase?
- Once payment is completed, the paid features are available immediately (SaaS, per-seat subscription).
- What does the first administrator do after purchase?
- Sign in with the same Google account as the email you entered at checkout — you become the administrator of this team and can start setup right away. Right after payment, it can take a few dozen seconds to take effect. If you see “no access,” wait about a minute and sign in again.
- How do I add a member?
- A manager opens Settings, adds the person's email to Members (email), one per line, and saves. That single field registers both sign-in permission and the roster. The person then signs in with Google — done. No invitation email is sent, so share the site URL.
- How is payment handled?
- As shown on Polar's (Merchant of Record) checkout at the time of purchase (e.g., credit card). For subscriptions, payment is due at checkout and on each subsequent renewal date.
- Are there extra costs for using the AI features?
- You bear the internet/communication costs required to use the Service. The generative-AI usage fees for AI assist, weekly review and the alignment report are borne by us and included in the paid-plan price (you incur no additional API fees).
- Where can I cancel or update my payment method?
